Mr. & Mrs. Hall

It was a hot one. I could feel the heat radiating through my windshield as I hopped on the Garden State Parkway Northbound to head for Spring Lake, NJ. It was my first time heading to The Shore Club, a lovely hotel and wedding venue just blocks away from the ocean.

The covered sidewalk entrance to the lobby greeted me with glowing string lights, and once I made my way through the doors I was surrounded by gorgeous marble floors, timeless brick features, and a double grand staircase. A massive chandelier hung in the middle of the room, and a piano peeked out at me over in the corner across from one of two bars.

Happiness was spilling out of the bride-to-be, Jillian, as she hung out with her girls in their retro and floral button downs, waiting to get dressed. Her bridesmaids appointed the name “Chill Jill” for the day, and she was in fact as cool as a cucumber the entire day. Kevin and the groomsmen greeted me with big smiles, and bright blue weightlifting-themed socks.

Their first look was definitely one for the books. Jill wanted to do something different, instead of the classic “tap on the shoulder” vibe. We took advantage of that double grand staircase, and stationed Kevin down below at the bottom of the steps. He watched Jill float down the entire staircase, nothing shore of an absolute princess making her grand entrance - it was stunning.

We then traveled to the ocean on a trolley ride with the entire bridal party where we took some group portraits. There was wind, lots of seagulls, a paraglider with a bright orange sail, people, you name it! But we rocked the damn thing, and had so much fun!

Fast forward to the cocktail hour, which had the most inclusive spread of food I’ve ever seen at a wedding. We’re talking root beer floats, a vintage hot dog stand, pulled pork, fresh grilled veggies (like literally being grilled in front of you), a charcuterie and fruit board (because of course), and so much more.

Now, these two know how to party, let me tell you. From the moment the introductions started, not a single member of the bridal party let me down. Every single entrance was choreographed and they all absolutely slayed it.

Right before dinner was served, Jill had an incredible surprise up her sleeve. Her and Kevin are huge Eagles fans, but Kevin especially so. Through a past connection, Jillian was able to get none other than Jason Kelce to record and send a congratulatory wedding message to Kevin, which the DJ proceeded to play through a projector for everyone to see! The look on Kevin’s face? Absolutely priceless. It was one of the coolest moments I’ve witness - it gave me the chills!

All of these details to say, Jill and Kevin had an absolutely INCREDIBLE wedding day that I could literally write a million pages about. They are two of my favorite people, definitely the most badass couple I’ve had the pleasure of working with, and I wish them nothing but forever happiness and love!

Enjoy some sneak peek photos of their wedding day, and stay tuned for more soon!
